Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoCamo website at https://gocamo.net (the "Site") and the GoCamo software application (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, or by using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on the number of devices permitted by your plan, for your own lawful use. We retain all rights, title and interest in the App and its intellectual property.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the App or your license key without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to bypass the licensing, activation or usage-limit mechanisms.
• Share a single-user license across more devices or profiles than your plan allows.
• Use the App to commit fraud, access accounts you are not authorised to use, or violate any law.

3. Acceptable use

GoCamo is a privacy and multi-profile tool. You are solely responsible for how you use it. You must comply with the terms of service, acceptable use policies and applicable laws of every website and platform you access with the App. Creating fake accounts, circumventing bans, or engaging in abuse, spam or deceptive activity may violate third-party terms and, in some cases, the law, and is your responsibility, not ours.

4. No guarantee of results

The App reduces the technical linkability between browser profiles, but we do not and cannot guarantee that any account will avoid detection, suspension or banning. Outcomes depend on your proxies, your behaviour and the policies and detection systems of each platform.

5. Purchases, billing and refunds

Prices are shown on the Site and may change. Fees are billed as described at checkout. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, license fees are non-refundable once a key has been issued and activated. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact sales@gocamo.net and we will review your request in good faith.

6. License suspension & revocation

We may suspend or revoke a license that is shared, abused, charged back, or used in violation of these Terms, with or without notice. A revoked key will stop working on the next license check.

7. Updates

We may release updates, and may modify or discontinue features. Some updates may be required for the App to keep functioning.

8. Third-party software & trademarks

The App bundles third-party components (including a Firefox-based browser engine) under their respective licenses. Product names such as Dolphin Anty, GoLogin and Incogniton are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for identification and comparison; we are not affiliated with them.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and App are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoCamo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or accounts, arising from your use of the Site or App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
