Getting started
What is an antidetect browser?
An antidetect browser lets you run many separate browsing identities on one computer. Each profile has its own cookies, storage and a unique device fingerprint, so websites treat them as different people on different machines. It is the standard tool for safely managing multiple accounts.
How is GoCamo different from incognito mode or separate browsers?
Incognito just clears cookies, your fingerprint (canvas, WebGL, fonts, hardware, IP) stays the same, so sites still link your sessions. GoCamo gives every profile a genuinely different, consistent fingerprint and its own proxy, which is what actually prevents linking.
Which platforms are supported?
GoCamo runs on Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and macOS 11 or newer, including both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.
Do I need to install a separate browser?
No. The GoCamo browser engine (a hardened Firefox-based build called Camoufox) is bundled with the app. Install once and you are ready.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 1 profile for life at no cost and no card required, so you can test GoCamo on a real account before upgrading to a paid plan.
Profiles & fingerprints
How many profiles can I create?
It depends on your plan: 1 on the free lifetime plan, 20 on Standard and 80 on Pro. Your allowance is shared across all the devices on your license.
Are the fingerprints random or realistic?
Realistic. GoCamo generates a coherent set of values, a US Windows 11 machine will report matching timezone, language, screen, fonts and navigator data. Random, mismatched values are a red flag to detection systems, so we avoid them.
Can I match the profile to my proxy location?
Yes. GoCamo can derive timezone, locale and geolocation from your proxy's exit IP using an offline GeoIP database, so a profile using a German proxy looks like a real German user.
What proxy types are supported?
HTTP, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5, with username/password authentication saved per profile so you are never prompted mid-session.
Licensing & privacy
Where are my profiles stored?
Locally, on your own computer, in a per-user data folder. They are never uploaded to our servers, unlike cloud-based competitors.
Does GoCamo work offline?
Yes. Your profiles live on your machine, so GoCamo keeps working without a constant connection and only checks in with the license server periodically.
How does activation work?
You receive a license key. On first launch you paste it in, and the app binds to your device. You can move to a new machine, the newest device takes the slot.
What data do you collect?
The app contacts our license server only to validate your key and count profile usage against your plan. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Support
I got banned on an account, can GoCamo guarantee I won't?
No tool can guarantee that. Bans depend on your behaviour, proxy quality and each platform's rules. GoCamo removes the technical linking between profiles; the rest is good operational practice.
